A Letter to Yourself

Dear Me,
I am so sorry. I am so deeply sorry for all the pain you’ve carried, for the heartbreak that has left scars, for the betrayals that shook your trust, and for the moments that made you question everything. I see you—I see the weight you’ve been holding, the silent battles you’ve fought, and the nights you’ve spent wondering if things will ever feel whole again.
But I also see something else. I see your strength. I see the way you get up every single morning, even when it feels impossible. I see how you still choose to love, to believe, to hope. You are so incredibly brave, even when you don’t feel like it. You have faced the darkest days, and yet, here you are, still standing, still growing, still seeking the light. And I am so proud of you.
I know it’s hard to let go of the pain, to release the memories that try to haunt you. But I want you to be gentle with yourself. Be forgiving—not just to others, but to yourself too. You are human. You are learning. And through it all, God has never left your side.
Trust in His plan. Even when it doesn’t make sense. Even when the path feels unclear. Let Him carry what is too heavy for you to bear. Let Him be your refuge when the memories creep back in, when doubt whispers in your ear, when sadness tries to take hold. Lean on Him, always.
God is your healer. Not time, not distractions, not even your own strength—only Him. Trust in Him with all your heart, your mind, and your soul. Give Him every broken piece, every unspoken fear, every unanswered question. He is making something beautiful out of this, even if you can’t see it yet.
You are loved. You are worthy. You are not alone.
With love,
Me
